Wrong part

Tried to return parts rotors and were wrong size and was told because I ripped the box I wasn’t going get my money back for one part wasn’t told I needed my vin to get right tried to blame me jerkS at Craig Dunn wasn’t told ripped box Policy like they told me I knew it nope I didn’t plus I wanted right part I can’t wait 6 Business days because your parts department isn’t serious about customer satisfaction not impressed I would not take any more of my service there bunch of crooks.

VIN was requested by parts consultant, customer could not supply. All special order parts are non-returnable as stated on the customer invoice. Open parts are non-returnable, any part returned, part and packaging must be in resalable condition.
