Staff was very misleading in information re pricing and specs on new car

We were already trading in a 2018 that for whatever reason KIA could not seem to get to the root of the 2 issues we had with it. We told the sales people we were not there to play games - just the facts. This is not the experience we had - I told them no surprises and every time we turned around there was another one. All we asked for was the breakdown and exact pricing and trade in value etc. Also, they need to be alot more educated on the options in the car. Our 2018 has handsfree calling. Apparently in the 2021 we have to plug our phones in to use this option. The whole world is wireless so this makes no sense. All around a very unpleasant experience that I will not hesitate to share
