I'm very happy with it.

I bought a new sienna. I was treated excellently and the staff looked out for my best interests. It would be nice if the lead time for parts wasn't so long. I'm still waiting for roof crossbars to come in. I understand this might be covid related. When signing paperwork, it would be nice if I was asked if I wanted to receive informational emails etc from Toyota instead of having that option automatically selected for me.
