Great Service at Hyundai of Muskoka

I just had my very first service visit at Hyundai of Muskoka. I am from Niagara and bought my vehicle at the Hyundai dealership in Niagara Falls where my brother is the GM. I have always had exceptional service there, but was never really sure if it was due to my brother's position, so this visit to Hyundai of Muskoka was very important to me to see the true colors of Hyundai, in a way. I first contacted Dirk to introduce myself and give him some information. He took my call immediately, helped me in every way possible and then followed up with emails without issue. He was kind and courteous and went above and beyond to help me out. When I went in for the repairs I needed done on Friday morning, I had my canoe on my vehicle as I was heading out on an adventure directly after my repair. I was told the canoe would need to be taken off my car, not a problem, and could be safely left there until my repair was completed. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted with a smile from Dyanne. She came out with me to inspect the vehicle and get any information needed. She was pleasant and efficient and could not have done anything more for me. The car went into the shop and was done fairly quickly. It took just a bit more time than advised, but I also added an oil change so this could've been the reason. Once my car was completed, I was promptly given the bill by Patrick, who was also very friendly and kind and advised once my car was sanitized, I could be on my way. Easy peasy and exactly what a service visit should entail. HUGE thank you to everyone who I interacted with at the dealership and to Dirk who made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. I will be back.
