Disappointing
Brought my vehicle in as Guardian vehicle starter wasn’t working. I had contacted Guardian prior to and trouble shot the problem and determined it had to be brought to dealership. Brought it in and dealership said it was Guardian problem. Spoke to Guardian again, and they contacted dealership. Turns out it was dealership problem. Huge inconvenience, not to mention wasting my trial of Guardian. No offers for the inconvenience, no apology for wasting my time. Very disappointed in the service.
