Poor customer service $100
Being put on hold trying to connect to service department to make a appointment for 36 month check up on rust perforation, finally after 2 days I spoke to someone in the service department was told $100 charge, and told him about drivers seat belt not retracting and beep warning signal does not always beep when too close to a object, he then transfers me to a service advisor which went to voice mail, another 2 days went and gone...no return call from service advisor....It appears like very poor customer service..Murray Hyundai must be more concerned about sales and not honoring warranties, since the service advisor is so busy and can't return a call
