On time very courteous
My appointment was for 1:00pm I was taken on time. Procedure was explained to me and approximate time to review problem estimate at 1hr. Service rep approached me 30 minutes later and informed me that there has been problems with cruise control. He informed me that I would be contacted when issues have been resolved.
