Had a test drive for a used Rav4. My experience with Nav was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, friendly and courteous. He showed me everything about the car before I test drove it. He inquired about all my must havs for a vehicle and listened to what I want and don't need in a car.. He respected my decision to not purchase the vehicle I test drove, and is determined to help me find a better vehicle for me in the future. It was a pleasure dealing with Nav, and I look forward to working with him in the future when the perfect car for me comes along.
