OMG what kind of customer service they give

When I brought my vehicle in on Monday, I was told it would be ready by Wednesday evening. I then received a call letting me know that the wrong part was shipped. I am now being told that my vehicle will be ready by Friday evening. I have gone several days without a vehicle. Not once during my dealings with service, was a lobar car brought up. When I talked to the manager, he was not helpful. He implied that I should have known to ask for a loaner vehicle. I have now gone 4 days without my vehicle. It is not only inconvenient, but I am now paying a service to get me to and from work. I am not happy with the service I received from your company.I think a manager and staff should know the difference with customers service and service you pay for.
