My experience before the sale was great. My sales associate was able to find me a great vehicle for my family. However upon delivery of the vehicle after all paperwork was done, we felt rushed out of the building. It was about 7pm pick up time and Our sales associate drove away with the trade in. We had our family there and there was a bunch of dirty napkins in the backseat where we were trying to put in the car seat. I was able to notice a few things that would have made my experience a lot better. The washer fluid was not topped up, it was empty, they did not fill the tank to full, all other dealerships I’ve purchased from, topped up the tank. It’s these little details that I expected to be done after it took a week to get the vehicle. Also, they told me the vehicle was going to be ready by 2 pm, I asked if the windshield was replaced and they said no. The sales associate said that this would be done the same day and it was not. It was confusing as this was a condition that they told me was going to be replaced but then say come pick up the vehicle without it being replaced. I also had to remind them that I was not driving the vehicle off the lot unless the windshield was replaced. Everything before the sale went great, it was just the delivery that made me feel rushed and not valued as a customer. I thought it was strange as well that they did not ask for insurance or even offer to register the vehicle with my plate. All other dealerships I’ve dealt with needed proof of insurance and helped us register the plate. Felt through the process that the sales associate felt rushed and had to do things as fast as he can. We love the vehicle that we have chosen, just the process after accepting the deal did not meet my expectation.
