Great experience with most staff- except for my salesman

Although many staff at the Medicine Hat Nissan are knowledgable about their vehicles and products, the salesman that I bought my vehicle through was extreamly pushy and had no idea about the vehicle he was selling. The first time I stopped in just to look at vehicles, he became upset at me when I told him that I was still looking at other dealerships. I tried to find another salesperson after that experience, but felt guilty because he was still calling me to come test drive a vehicle. Although during his calls and texts he kept mentioning a rogue eventhough I was interested in a murano. I ended up buying the vehicle from him, and was impressed with the other staff I delt with at the dealership, but was very dissatisfied about his knowledge of the vehicle I was purchasing. Luckily, a family member of mine had purchased the same vehicle and was able to tell me about its key features, such as its cruise control feature, where it slows down automatically if you approach another vehicle, which was never mentioned to me during the test drive. Overall, I will return to Nissan because of my experience with the other staff members (the general manager, Ian, and the finance person Jeff were both very helpful!) However, I will not be buying another vehicle from the salesperson I felt with and will be telling my friends to go through someone else.
