Very pleased with this remote car shopping experience!
Was looking for a 2018 SQ5 with specific requirements. Saw vehicle on Autotrader - one slight hiccup: I live in Hamilton but vehicle was in Ottawa. Zel was amazing and made the whole experience (negotiation, financing, plate transfer, pick up) stress-free. 10 out of 10 / would recommend.
