11/10/2020 Advisor Walter-1276 (Oakville Toyota) Every year I bring my RAV4 to Toyota Oakville for maintenance to get ready for the winter. The customer service is always fantastic (welcoming and respectful). Walter from the Service Dept. stayed in touch with me with any updates and costs. When he provided me with the updates he always had options of what I can do to help with costs. His knowledge about the vehicles and maintenance was fantastic as it helped me to make my decision. The service was fast, my vehicle was ready the next day and when I went to pick it up my vehicle was clean and washed......LOVED IT!!
