No communication
We were working on a deal for a new 2021 ram 1500. When we asked what our final numbers would be, no one got back to us??? So we bought the exact same vehicle somewhere else for less, and we got more for our trade in. We saved around $9000 just by going elsewhere.
Monthly payments were way higher with St.Albert dodge and there was no communication???.
