Didn’t receive what we had signed up for

We had purchased a 2020 crv and had to give a 500$ deposit. Everything was agreed upon. Now we receive a call 1 week later stating they couldn’t find a 2020 crv but had a 2021. So we had agreed To purchase it. Now it took 3 weeks to receive it. Here’s the issue. So when we went in to re sign the papers for new vehicle the paperwork wasn’t done properly so it had to be redone. Also on the bill of sale we had lock nuts for the tires and that wasn’t provided. The 500$ deposit was not refund that day to our credit card. So now we have to take the time out of our day to come get our deposit and a check for the lock nuts. It just seemed like we were just another client and you just wanted the contract signed and is gone. We’ve been loyal for many many years now and this was not a good experience. Don’t get me wrong, everyone is very polite but it’s just how it was handle.
