This place is a rip off. Trade in values are not competitive and the service is terrible. Trade in was so low I was forced to save 6000 dollars by going to another Toyota dealer. Service department over charges so I called Toyota Canada to complain and Toyota Canada told me to definitely go to another dealership for a quote. I believe I saved over ten thousand dollars as Laking wanted to completely replace a part that was repairable for one hundred bucks. Laking wanted 7000 for the part plus labour I thanked Toyota Canada and will never return to Laking Toyota. Total disregard for due dillegence when repairing a vehicle.
