Erica takes on the best interests of her customer and works hard to make the best deal for them.
We have purchased our last two vehicles from Erica and are very happy with both the vehicles and the deals we got. Erica went to bat for us on both occasions to rectify issues we had with the vehicles. She seems to be respected by her manager so we feel our needs and concerns are well represented. On top of that she's a good person.
