I've been there 3 times. One for an oil change, the other for brake work, and lastly for a window issue. Each time, the service has been amazing. They were honest, kind, and understanding. Most importantly, nobody trys to up-sell you. They'll recommend exactly what you need, nothing more. The brake fluid top up, and window work was even on the house ! Myers is the best Infiniti dealership in Ottawa hands down. Their covid protocols, and health & safety measures are top notch.
