Negligence on your technicians safety inspection has resulted in me returning to the dealership multiple times!

Bought a car Heard a noise/felt a vibration on our first highway drive. Noticed above 90km/h Contacted finch, set up an inspection the next day. Day of appointment I get a call saying they heard the noise but didn’t have a chance to come to a conclusion as to which bearing or multiple. Said I would need to come back to have it reinspected because they ran out of time. So now I’m having to take days off work to bring it back, with little to no accommodations. I told the service advisor that this sounds like a safety concern and a large inconvenience seeing as I haven’t even had it one week yet. I requested a loaner car while you kept it and fixed it when you have the time, I can’t keep taking time off work and being told you didn’t have time to look at it... a loaner is much more reasonable. Was told I can’t have a loaner because it’s safe to drive and there was a snoddy comment from the used sales manager about how they can’t accommodate everyone in the blink of an eye. Wasn’t asking for that, all I want is the car I paid for to be safe like it was supposed to be. I’m getting the run around and am not being offered anything to make the experience better. This has shown me what the expectations as a customer should be from a FINCH run dealership and frankly it’s pathetic. I will not be in the market for a new vehicle immediately obviously but rest assured finch/Clark/dave won’t be my go to people!!! Proceed to get a
