Service Department

I bought my 2018 Honda Civic two years ago and the service was amazing. I had an AC issue where I called in and John (I believe that was his name) from the service department was amazing! Recently I’ve been having issues with the car, every single light on the dash is on. This has now happened three times and the first two times I called they said nothing could be done if the lights went off by the time I got to the city. (I live two hours away from the dealership).This last time it happened I talked to two females in the service department both incredibly rude. She interrupted me twice to say is the engine light flashing or solid. I said solid and then she disregarded all my concerns and said it’s probably a battery issue. I asked to speak to someone else and she continued to get rude with me to the point I didn’t even feel comfortable booking an appointment. I took my car to a different dealership in the city and it turned out to be a fuel problem. As a young female having issues with your car is frustrating enough; the last thing I needed was a rude female belittling me and making me feel rushed.
