He kept in constant contact and smiled as I added last minute extras on. Paul did the financing and was very patient explaining all the packages, warrenties and add ons that could be included. When I had an issue, I emailed him and had it fixed within the day. When picking up my 2021 Blazer, Shorty went over every single feature with me and if he didn't know the answer, he got it by the end of the day. I felt very comfortable dealing with him and never felt like he was trying to up sell me anything or talk me out of something. Everyone at the dealership had smiles and made me feel like an old friend walking in.
