I have been coming into SMP for over seven years, and Rebecca has always been great at checking into warranty work, and seeing that your concerns will be looked into. I have always been impressed by her knowledge, and what she does not know she has always checked in with the service team to find an answer. I have always appreciated her help, and checking in with me to see if I want to go ahead with the job, once it and the cost have been explained.
