The engine light came on in my 2014 Grand Caravan. After diagnosis the problem turned out to be more than originally thought. Mikaela and Jen in the Service Dept were great to work with.. they explained the problem thoroughly to me and worked very hard to alleviate my concerns in what was a stressful situation.
