As always, the Toyota staff are always so kind and pleasant. They're wonderful!

The staff is just so efficient and I appreciate them so much. I only have one question/problem (that has nothing to do with the customer service) - I had broken my last block heater plug -in because it was so difficult to plug in that I'm sure it was me who broke 2 of the wires trying to unplug it from my extension cord. Rainbow Toyota put a new plug- in on. I was hopeful that I would be able to plug that one into an extension cord more easily, but it's even worse than the last one - can't plug it in at all. I have 6 extension cords at the house - some newer, some older - can't plug it into any. Wondered if there is some attachment or something that can be done?
