As detailed in the title. Bought used, noticed heated seats wernt working on the test drive. Mentioned it needed fixed. They acknowledged later that they had said it was fixed... it was never fixed at the time. 6 months later, when COVID allowed me to take it back to the dealer, had to argue with them for weeks to get the cost of the fix reduced to only ~$300. Should have been free. Paid for that fix when i bought the vehicle for $60,000 in the first place.
