The Little Blue Versa that failed the Lemon Law

Was interested in this vehicle and took my Nissan for a trade in value. First thing was the vehicle needed to be charged the battery was dead. The vehicle was dirty inside, the seat adjustment under drivers seat was rusted as I touched it as well at the sales lady did and they was rust residue on our fingers, numerous windshield chips that the sales lady told me were all chip repaired, but clearly the windshield needed replacement. The silver grill detailing was all torn and bubbled. I took it for a test drive and at 40 km's it started to shimmy all over the road, at this time the sales lady said pull over and she checked the tires for a flat or low air, that was all fine, she instructed me to turn around and head back to nissan, the transmission perhaps drive train had issues. I was told that it would be inspected by their team and they would call when it was ready to be tested again, she was also trying to interest me in a newer higher priced compact car, obviously trying to dismiss the issues with the Versa note. So it is the next day and the car is still advertised but from 10,998.00 it is now 7998.00. Go figure...
