The experience was a little frustrating at the beginning and the outcome not so good.

My 2018 Accent was recalled by Hyundai to replace the back windshield due to the defrost bars overheating. When I arrived first thing in the morning, I was told there was no appointment on the computer indicating that I was having the windshield replaced that day - March 19. I was asked to wait so the "specialists" could be contacted and confirmed that they were available to come and do the job. After half and hour, I was told they could do it. I was shuttled to work. I was picked up that afternoon when the job was completed. Because the car was still dirty (it couldn't be washed due to the silicone around the windshield) I could not closely inspect the job. After the car was cleaned, I noted that the paint all around the windshield is FULL of scratches. These were NOT there before the windshield was replaced. I expect Myers to repair the damage they caused in their shop while replacing the windshield. Please let me know when this can be done. Thank you. Joan Megill
