Some how blamed for the mechanics poor workmanship

I have had to go back to the dealership 4 times to have 2 issues fixed at my expense of time and fuel. I found the guys at the front desk of service very personable and polite. Unfortunately getting my truck back after the third visit started to run my patients thin. Firstly somebody moved my truck to the shop with dirty boots and left muddy foot prints on the carpet. I had just vacuumed it out two days before. Then when I got my truck home the trim piece that was removed to fix the wing mirror was not secured back properly because the clip was broken and it was left like that. After calling back and sending a picture I was told by a woman on the phone. it must have been because he only had 20 minutes to fix the truck. Which is untrue. I had asked how long it would take as I had to get back to my kids at home for 9 to help them get ready with home school. When the guys at the front desk said that might not happen I told them that’s fine it is what it is no problem. I have been more than understanding as things are missed and I would have left a more positive review but the comment eluding to the fact that. I had only given the mechanic 20 minutes was the excuse for his poor workmanship crossed the line.
