Wrong Navigation Software

Have been trying to get the Canadian map software for the GPS for 6 months since I took delivery. Called the Salesman and he looked for a resolution and passed me along to the service department. They said the matter would be looked into and they would call when they had a fix. Four months and several calls later, I was no further ahead. Calling Toyota Customer Service, I was told by some Lady, “my 2021 Venda was not equipped with GPS Navigation and reading from the sales pamphlet , I have to use either Apple CarPlay or Android Auto for navigation and it was my fault that I didn’t read this information before buying this vehicle. A few weeks later, I called a the Gentleman I spoke to, told me that I should press the SOS button, tell them where I wanted to go and they would give me directions and upload a map to my GPS. I’m not saying they Lied to me but I call it a failure to tell the truth. Both call I asked to speak to a Supervisor and both times denied. Called Jackson’s Toyota and spoke to Cameron Lynch on March 31st and showed him some of the locations where I was driving on non existing roads according to the foot print mapping records. Cameron agreed to further investigate and see if the would be able to resolve the mapping issue when I came in for my first 6 month inspection. After waiting 3 hours, l was told they flashed the software and rebooted the Main Unit. Nothing changed and Cameron said they would now escalate this issue with Toyota and let me know when they have a solution. I wonder how much longer it will take to solve this simple problem. Presently I am so frustrated that I no longer want this Vehicle or any Toyota product in the future.. I doubt anyone will read this or even respond to my problem. Regards Peter Hollerbach
