We were impressed with the whole purchase process. The COVID protocols were thorough and helped us feel safe at the dealership and while test driving. Every aspect of the car was explained carefully and we were given time and no pressure to make decisions. When we picked the car up, every aspect of the vehicle and the techy gadgets were explained. They even hooked up all our phones! We are very proud to now own a hybrid vehicle and another Toyota. We keep our cars a long time and expect a lot from them so Toyota has been our consistent choice.
