The worst customer service ever!!

Brought car in to be repaired from damage done by Myers Hyundai Barrhaven when they replaced the back windshield on a recall. When I arrived to pick up my car, it did not even look like anything was done. The scratches in the paint remain untouched. No service call to tell me the car was done; no one to go over the "repair" with me; the assistant service manager could not even find my car keys; when they finally re-appeared...nothing was said to me when handed the keys. WORST customer service ever! Will NEVER recommend Myers Barrhaven to my worst enemy let alone to those I care about. In fact, will make sure it is known what lousy service I received. My car is only 36 months old. Now, these scratches in the paint are open to rust in the future. NOT HAPPY. The fleet manager where I work asked for his business card so that he will make sure NEVER to use Myers for our company requirements. One star is really over rated.
