Terrible service and communication wasnt good

Came in for brakes pulsation. Got there and service advisor didnt even say much on what maybe the issue and what are they gonna do to find out. I had to ask but didnt really give me a clear answer as well. Didnt give me promise time which is ok for me as long as they would update me but never gotten an update until they finished the vehicle. I would apprecaite it if the service advisor wouldve given me a call to update me of what was found and what repairs are gonna be done and maybe a promise time. But nothing. I didnt make a big deal out of it. Then i came to pick it up. Didnt even bother explaining to me what was done and how they founs out. He just said they replaced rear rotors and handed me the keys. I had to ask him what if they measured run out on rotors and just told me it is written on paper. He was nice enough to show me where the vehicle was though. Then when i got to vehicle, it wasnt washed and i checked the rims had some scratches on them and i thats when i had to show them and had to spend more time in there that i didnt really have but i gotta show them. Customer service manage looked at them and said he would contact me but its been more than a week now and i called him as well and i havent heard back from him. I am very disappointed at the service i get from this dealership everytime i get my vehicle service there.
