RS5 review

I did not have a good experience with sales. I was never kept up to date during the purchase process or with the delivery timeline of my car. I'm the one who sent emails and was always answered a few days after. I dint find that acceptable at all even under the ''covid'' conditions. I'm a sales manager at an equipment dealer and know the importance of keeping your customers up to date and answering my emails as soon as I can without excuses. And for me, this was a huge purchase. Not only monetary wise but without even seeing the car. All was done by email and response time was poor. On the day of delivery I only saw my sales person as she walked by and said hello. The other three employees were great. Mustafa, Jamie and the gentleman who went through the car with me. I sent an email to my sales person on June 1st regarding some questions on the car and still no response... I had two referrals to give but ended up sending them elsewhere. Its nothing personal...
