Supportive and knowledgeable staff
Admissions and financial aid staff were knowledgeable, supportive, and understanding, issuing prompt follow-up. Offered comprehensive responses to emails and phone requests, and went above and beyond to provide the information I needed to make an informed decision about my chosen program.
