Poor service. Took advantage of my lack of knowledge on cars. Hasn’t address issue and then after taking more than 10k of my money offered me 3k for trade in.

Had issues with check engine light. They never cared to follow up with me or my issues. Just took my money and offered me nothing for trade in.

Hi Jon, We reviewed your service file and our Service Department carried out, as per Audi’s requirements, an assessment of the situation, and concluded that the consumption level was within acceptable tolerances. As for the fuel injectors replacement, you noticed a malfunction signal which was attributed to two leaky fuel injectors (#1 and #3). As the vehicle was outside of warranty coverage, we installed ( with your consent) two after market fuel injectors ( Bosch brand). The difference in price for the after market parts was 60% cheaper, which translates into an overall saving of 30% on the final repair bill. Our work corrected the issue.
