My Mom, Helen and I have been customers of Honda for many years. We have always had excellent service to our vehicles and the best customer service ever! We love our Honda's and from purchase to maintenance to repairs we've always been more than satisfied. What ranks McFadden Honda as the best though is the people that work there. They are always prompt, professional and friendly. Beyond that though is the personal touches and caring that they demonstrate. Here, we have to give a special shout out to Bob and Ryan who we've dealt with most often over the years. They have been so kind and caring along with their professionalism. They should be awarded a "Best Employees" award not just for Honda but for the whole province! These guys are truly THE BEST. In fact all the staff are and we want to thank each and every one of them for years of excellent service.
