I would highly recommend buying a car from the sales manager Hoang. I did a price comparison on the car I wanted between Sherwood Honda and another Honda dealership in the city. Hoang immediately stood out since he gave me the best offer right from the start. Whereas the other dealership did not. Knowing Hoang’s offer was a better deal I even tested the other dealership by asking them to reduce my monthly plan just to see if they could go lower than what they originally offered me. They told me this was their absolute lowest offer. After asking them a few times if they were sure they couldn’t go any lower…I finally told them about my offer and how the price was lower AND I was getting extra things thrown in. They tried to tell me they didn’t believe Hoang’s offer was legit and tried to make me second guess it. Then a few days later they came back and told me they could go lower and match the offer after all because they wanted my business. So the whole time they could have brought my monthly plan down and offer me extras but didn’t until I brought it up several times. I liked Hoang because he didn’t beat around the bush and waste my time like this other dealership. He was upfront and told me right away his best offer plus he threw in everything I was looking for. He went above and beyond AND even bought my old car at a reasonable trade in value to use towards my down payment. Which I was trying to sell on Facebook marketplace and kept getting offers from lowballers. So this took away all the stress of trying to sell my old car. I was actually VERY impressed with his customer service. Also, the other dealership kept asking me for a deposit to hold the car and I didn’t even test drive the car. Whereas Hoang and his sales associate did not pressure me at all and let me take my time to think things over which I really liked. At the end of the day his offer was the best and he was super easy to deal with so I bought my new car from him. I would definitely buy your new car from him!
