Very reasonable and nice!
I had car issues on a road trip though town. Although I have a Nissan, they were the first place in town to take a look at my car, and although they weren't able to resolve the issue (had to run a Nissan diagnostic at Nissan), they didn't charge me and were helpful in troubleshooting next steps.
