From our initial enquiry about purchasing our new Bennington tritoon through to the ordering and pickup of our boat, we received very good customer service. Devin was very responsive to our early questions about purchasing our new boat. He responded to texts and emails promptly and when he wasn’t available, Brody was there to deal with. Devin and Brody were very receptive and clear about add on prices of such and there were no surprises or extra cost when it came to final payment. Unfortunately we did have a 2 month delay in delivery of the boat but that was due to Covid and Bennington itself and was out of Westshore Marina’s control. When the boat did arrive, they made every effort for a speedy pickup. On pickup day, Devin took ample time for a thorough run through of the boat and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend Devin as a sales person as he was professional, very knowledgeable and very personable and accommodating. As well the staff at Westshore Marina were all very friendly and helpful.
