Nathan is the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with! Period! Very knowledgeable and respectful of our needs. Things did not go well with the alignment on our 2018 Cadillac XTS and he went well beyond my expectations to resolve the issue to our complete satisfaction. He’s a keeper for sure!
