poor service

I understand that service departments get busy and backed up, but what is the point of accepting a service booking for 9:45 am for a simple level 1 service, and not even having the vehicle go in for service until 11:30 am? I have been a Hyundai customer for over 20 years and have owned 15 different Hyundai vehicles, but I have never experienced this kind of service before. Step it up Kanata Hyundai.
