I've dealt with Audi Ottawa for the last 3+ years and I have received nothing less than exceptional service. As the lease from my current Audi is soon to come to an end, I've started to do my homework in regards to the options available to me at this time as well as down the road. At no point during my transaction did I ever feel pressured to commit to something I couldn’t afford. He followed up on a timely bases, answered all my questions, and I felt that the interaction was transparent.
