I felt like I was being taken care of, getting my needs met, and on top of that getting a great deal on a great car!
John, the salesperson I talked to who was suggested to me by a friend, took my call on his day off. He answered my questions and gave me some tips, he also volunteered the information on incentives that were being offered. One of the reasons I went with Wheaton KIA is because of the focus on the customer’s experience in purchasing a vehicle from them. It wasn’t just about the initial purchase, but the customer service for the time I drive a KIA. Let’s just say, customer service is their forte :)
