Poor service and questionable quality

We had called three time due to an alert message on our 4Runner and each time were told to wait and see if it went away. This last time the car wouldn’t stay in gear causing some dangerous driving situations. When we took it down to be fixed, we spoke to the service manager and explained the issue and said that we wanted it properly fixed! We also had snow tires to put on. Fifteen minutes or so after leaving the vehicle there we received a call from the service tech telling us when he moved the vehicle to put the tires on he noticed the engine light and drive, start, control message on the console. Apparently no one told him that this was the reason the vehicle was in the shop!!! After a heated exchange we were told that they would call us at end of day. They found the problem and we picked up the car the next day. Half way home ( which is an hour and half drive), a message came on that there was low tire pressure and to return to the dealer. We listened to the message through the car’s computer. Upon calling back to the dealer we were told that our vehicle didn’t have a tire pressure sensor???? Then how did we get this message? It has been a very frustrating week of arguing. This is our second 4 Runner and it is a 2020 yet it has had the brakes rusted and corroded and replaced already and this problem (drive, start, control malfunction) was due to a rusted and corroded part under the gear shift???? I question the quality of metal being used. This has not been the same experience as our first vehicle that had no such issues.
