I dealt with Ismael for sales and Marlène for customer service. Ismael saw that I was a no nonsense client, and gave me the best price without trying to nickle and dime me. He did bring up options for service upgrades, but he didn't beat a dead horse about it. I dealt with Marlène.for afyer sales service. I had a couple of requests that I needed to be completed because I was exporting the vehicle to Ontario. I wrote to her numerous times, and she responded very promptly, answering all my questions. She helped me by sending all the required paperwork to my home in order to register the var in Ontario. She did offer me additional warranty information, but saw that my main goal was to get the vehicle at the lowest price available, and didn't pester me more than needed. The team was very helpful and friendly. They have a youthful vibe, but professional all the way. There were a couple of minir issues that could have made my export a bit quicker, but nothing that upset me as a client. I'm a satisfied customer.
