Started out not great as I learned the car that I was coming in for was sold the night before without being notified. They fixed their mistakes and brought a car in from another lot that was similar and added some things on top of it. In the end it was worked out fine. Experience was good after everything was rectified. Evan is extremely helpful and willing and owned up to his mistakes, even though it wasn't really his fault but the dealerships in general. Would recommend him to other people as he was great to deal with.
