Sohail Sheikh (Sunny)

My elderly parents were recently in a terrible accident and lost their car through no fault of theirs. At their age they were not sure if they wanted to drive again and certainly did not feel comfortable getting a new car. We met Sunny at Woodchester Nissan and their mind was put at ease. He patiently and without any pressure whatsover walked my parents through the new Rogue and listened to their questions carefully and answered them calmly. It meant alot. Since inventory was light, my parents had to wait for their car. I managed to find one at another dealership and told Sunny. He had no hard feelings and he told me to go to the other dealership to ensure my parents got the car they wanted as soon as possible. A true sign of doing the right thing for a customer. Well, my parents said no. If they were buying a new car, it would only be from Sunny. The bought the Rogue and when they picked it up Sunny, once again, took as much time as they needed to explain all of the features and buttons. He was a true gentleman!. My parents are now enjoying their new Rogue and are grateful to Sunny, as I am, for making their terrible situation into a very pleasant and heart warming experience. Thank you Sunny!!!
