Totally unorganized

Very very bad experience this time at myers barrhaven Hyundai service. I had a battery problem for my car and after a chat with front desk, I had a shuttle service to my place. Mike called twice to my phone and discussed about the problem and he said they will let me know once ready and will send shuttle service to my place. I waited for 3 hrs and keep calling them where is the shuttle service. The most frustrating part is when call them, no one is listening to my concern and in return blaming me that I didn’t pick my phone when the driver is at my place (which is a lie because I talked to driver few minutes back) Final word: totally unorganized and service standards are getting worse than 2 years before. Surely not going to recommend to other friends.
