Disappointed in organization
The last time I brought my truck in I made an appointment for 8am as I stated I needed it early because I cannot go without it after a certain time. Was for a 4 point inspection, oil change and to fix my rear signal. Everything got done expect my rear signal being looked at. I booked it at 8 so it would have plenty of time to get checked. That didn’t happen by the time I needed to pick it up by 2pm.
The most frustrating is I seen I hose hanging down from my drivers side by the box. The SAME hose I mentioned the FIRST time I brought it in for an oil change.. over a year ago. I was told that day they would order the part(clip) and call me back in a couple of days to fix. That was before they took it for the oil change. After getting my truck back I seen the hose was no longer hanging down and assumed they found a clip and fixed it. I was told I wouldn’t be charged for it so it was never put on the bill and I thought nothing of it. Flash forward sometime and that hose is hanging down again. Clip break? No. They TAPED it for the time being. So where was my call a year ago to fix this clip that I thought was already on there?? If I wanted it just taped I would have did that myself.
