Andrew and Jess in service were already going above and beyond the usual to help me with parts and servicing on my car, but ended up introducing me to Ben as I was also considering trading in and spending a bit more to get one of my dream “toys”. Ben gave me a fair trade value and sourced the vehicle I was looking for at a better price than any competitors. I wasn’t sure whether to pay in cash or look at finance options, but Stephanie in finance was able to provide a term with (very) low enough interest it made more sense to finance rather than cash. Ben also arranged window tint (and everything else needed) within 1 day, so delivery would be timed perfectly for my day off and rare dry winter weather. There were some non-negotiable fees involved, but customers should know they will try to bring the purchase price to lower than anyone in Canada. This was a positive and fun experience overall from a team of car enthusiasts who also really care about customers and want them to return. You can tell this is a workplace where they want everyone to enjoy themselves and not take things too seriously, which is one of the several reasons I would gladly give them a shot at my business again in the future.
